Filiberto Sosa cuenta con más de 25 años de experiencia en el desarrollo de software para Cadenas de Zapaterías. En el año 1994, siendo todavía un estudiante, creó un sistema para una cadena familiar de zapaterías, el cual fue evolucionado y a la fecha es utilizado en más de 3,200 Tiendas de Calzado en toda América Latina. Como jefe arquitecto de software ha participado en varios proyectos con las principales tiendas de calzado en México como lo son Price Shoes, Zapaterías 3 Hermanos, Flexi, Impuls, Capa de Ozono, Dione, Onena, Castalia, La Ribera, Lob y Arantza por mencionar algunas.En el año 2018, los Clientes de Sizes and Colors vendieron 80 millones de pares de calzado, lo que corresponde al 30% de la comercialización en todo México.
